This post is as brief overview of my plan for next week. I will start filming on the 6th (the upcoming Monday) and continuing to film on the Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I will be filming the scenes of the couple dancing in the internal setting on the Monday (weather permitting) and all of the external shots on the Thursday and Friday.
This leaves Sunday 12th and Monday 13th for any last minute filming in case the shots I've gotten aren't what I expected or other scenarios I didn't prepare for.
In these upcoming days I will be preparing the costumes, setting and props needed for this piece so that I am ready for when I start filming on the Monday.
I will be directing this video as well as participating in the role of cinematographer whilst I have two actors, male and female, to play the role of the video. I will also be the artist who performs in the video.
In one of the shots, it is a continuous long shot where both myself and the couple are in the same shot but not together, so I have recruited another person to be my temporary cinematographer whilst I participate in the video. However, I take full responsibility for directing the piece.
As I said this was a brief overview and I will be updating my blog as the production process develops over the upcoming week.
